避雷多伦多❌ 紫爵金宴 真是恶心到我了

菜品7/10的水平，很土的装修风格，但是由于经理太不会做人，导致我非常讨厌这家餐厅并且劝退避雷了。

前一天晚上我们来吃饭，由于店员收了我两份炒通菜的钱，我们走了以后才发现的，打电话回去店员说让我们第二天回去拿钱。

第二天为了回去拿钱，又去吃了一顿早茶⚠️我们真的是专门回去拿钱才吃他们的早茶点心的，否则根本不会再回去吃饭。10点钟到餐厅，经理10点半才上班，见到经理以后我跟他说了我们的情况，问有没有折扣，他一句没有，说把钱退给我们，就算了。道歉态度一点都不诚恳，还问我们今晚还来不来吃晚饭❓大哥，你要我连着三顿来你们家吃饭吗？？？

早茶到处都有，而且比这家餐厅装修更好的大有地方在，要不是为了拿回我们的钱，根本就不会来这家吃饭，道歉态度还如此随便，直接拉黑了。

The food is around a 7/10, and the decor is quite old-fashioned. However, due to the manager’s terrible attitude, I ended up really disliking this restaurant and would not recommend it to anyone.

The night before, we had dinner here. The staff accidentally charged me for two orders of stir-fried water spinach. We only noticed after we left, so we called the restaurant. The staff told us to come back the next day to get a refund.

So the next day, we made a special trip just to get our money back — and ended up having dim sum there again ⚠️ But let me be clear: we only ate there again because we came to get our money back. Otherwise, we wouldn’t have come back at all.

We arrived at 10 a.m., but the manager didn’t show up until 10:30. When I explained the situation and asked if they could offer any discount for the inconvenience, he flatly said no, just returned the money, and that was it. His apology felt completely insincere, and then he even asked if we’d be coming again for dinner that night❓Seriously? You expect us to eat here three times in a row???

There are plenty of places that serve dim sum with much better decor and service. If it weren’t for getting our money back, we wouldn’t have stepped into this place again. With such a dismissive attitude, this place is completely off my list.
