做砵仔糕所需的材料

這些材料都在超市可以買到的

all u can buy from supermarket

粘米粉 rice flour 70g ;粟粉 corn starch 20g ;馬蹄粉 water chestnut flour 20g ;澄麵 wheat starch 10g

糖 sugar 40g ;水 water 300ml ; 椰奶 coconut cream (濃縮)一罐 ;紅豆 red bean 份量隨個人口味

把所有粉和糖都倒進盤裡,慢慢攪拌,攪拌到沒有粉粒,再加入椰奶,攪拌均勻 pour all things into a bowl ,mix well until smooth

倒粉漿前在每個杯子裡面塗一點油,到時候比較容易離格,最好用尖嘴的容器將粉漿器皿,我是用裝水的量杯倒,比較沒容易溢出,再撒紅豆,隨各個人口味加入,大火蒸20分鐘,中間不要開蓋,會有水蒸氣 coat the container with cooking oil with paper towel,this allows the pudding to come out of the container easily,fill up the container to 90% ,add some red beans,cover with lid ,steam for 20 min in high heat

出爐後要待涼,才容易取出 the pudding is ready
